Location: BMI Ross Hall Hospital, Glasgow
Special interests: Osteoporosis and disorders of bone metabolism, anabolic therapy for severe spinal osteoporosis, diagnosis of inborn errors of metabolism, and parenteral nutrition.

Rajeev is a Consultant Chemical Pathologist at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. He graduated from Delhi University and did higher specialist training in Clinical Biochemistry at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. He is the co-author of Clinical Biochemistry: An Illustrated Colour Text, Case studies in Clinical Biochemistry, the chapter on metabolic diseases in Hutchison’s Paediatrics and Hutchison's Atlas of Paediatric Physical Diagnosis, and various publications in leading medical journals. 

As part of his academic interests and achievements, he is senior examiner for the FRCPath in Clinical Biochemistry and external examiner for the MD Chemical Pathology examination for post-graduate institute of medicine, Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is an invited lecturer to the annual meeting of the College of Chemical Pathologists, Sri Lanka.

Rajeev’s special clinical and diagnostic interests lie in osteoporosis and disorders of bone metabolism with particular experience in anabolic therapy for severe spinal osteoporosis, diagnosis of inborn errors of metabolism and parenteral nutrition.
